Verizon Wireless is reportedly preparing to launch the red version of the Nokia Lumia 822 on their network. The handset is said to be available from January 24th for as low as $50 with a new two-year contract agreement. In case you didn't know, the Lumia 822 packs a 4.3-inch 800 x 480 AMOLED ClearBlack display, a 1.5GHz Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon quad-core processor, a 1GB RAM, a 16GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, an 8MP rear-facing camera with 1080p Full HD video capture and runs on Windows Phone 8 OS.
