Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is expected to be unveiled this September at the IFA conference in Berlin. There have been a lot of rumors regarding the upcoming phablet. Some believe it is going to be powered by the 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and aided by 3GB of RAM. There's also the idea that it might have a 13 megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization.
