Just when you thought the drum set on Rock Band is an air drummer's dream come true, wait until you see how Maayan Migdal plays his imaginary drums. With the help of a MIDI device and Arduino, Migdal has able to rig a pair of sticks and pedals that actually make drum sounds. He made drum sticks out of a several garden rakes, while used sandals for foot pedals. Each part is attached with accelerometers, sensors, and USB ports. The left stick makes the sound of a hi-hat, while the right stick has two separate modules for the snare drum and crash cymbal.
