It’s a good time to be on Rogers. The Canadian carrier has rolled into Toronto with their LTE bus to let the ever-so-eager crowd know that LTE will be headed to their city starting September 28th. For the time being there is only one LTE device – an mobile hotspot – but they’ve confirmed LTE smartphones will make their way to store shelves by the end of this year, including the Samsung Galaxy S II, an LTE tablet and an LTE device from HTC.
