Two months after rumors about it surfaced, the Australian edition of Gizmodo revealed with confidence that Google will unveil a 7-inch tablet during the three-day I/O conference in San Francisco and they have the specs to prove it. The tech blog added that Google wanted to show other manufacturers how to harness the maximum capability of an Android tablet, in the same tune as how Google introduced its Nexus series of smartphones. According to the source, the tablet–which will be introduced as “Nexus 7″–will run on a 1.3GHz quad-core Tegra 3 processor and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
