Well this is interesting. If you thought that AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint were going to be the only carriers in the USA to offer Apple's new iPhone 4S, you apparently were mistaken. Although no other carrier partner for the US was announced at the beginning of this month when the iPhone 4S was unveiled, a fourth carrier will offer the iPhone 4S very soon. And it's a regional carrier, C Spire. If you don't know that name, it's because this company has been known as Cellular South up until a couple of weeks ago when they decided to rebrand.
