An unannounced HTC Android smartphone has been just unveiled in China, and several reports are suggesting that this is a dual-SIM device (a rarity for HTC). Called HTC T328w, the new smartphone looks a lot like the HTC One S, but it's a bit smaller, featuring a 4 inch Super LCD WVGA display.
