While everyone was busy waiting for the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy S3, little did we know that Apple has filed a series of complaints to the ITC. Earlier today, we wrote to you about Apple's motion for preliminary injunction against the Samsung Galaxy S3 for allegedly infringing two of its patents. Samsung, however, shrugged Apple's petition and said that it will oppose the motion. Unknown to some, Apple previously filed a complaint to the ITC on Monday against the Taiwanese mobile manufacturer HTC for allegedly infringing its “data tapping” patent.
