What you see above is not a relic from the museum, although you might think that the Atari 2600 console has no place in the modern gaming-centric living room. Hard Drives Northwest has worked to build this dreamy classic Atari re-launch, where a limited quantity of original Atari 2600 gaming consoles actually had their guts taken out, only to be retrofitted with far more powerful innards that comprise of modern PC parts. Can you say that this is a case mod. In some sense, yes, and the Atari 2600 is definitely far from underpowered as it boasts of an Intel Core i7 3.4GHz processor in addition to an SSD for storage purposes.
