Yesterday we reported that Instagram had updated its terms of service along with its privacy policy, and due to the choice of wording, many users of Instagram had interpreted the updated policies to mean that the company basically had the right to sell your photographs to advertisers without your explicit permission. Naturally this resulted in a lot of outrage amongst Instagram users, some of whom suggested abandoning the service and perhaps look for an alternative, such as Flickr or even Twitter.
