After the Samsung Galaxy Nexus and the Samsung Nexus S, the Motorola Xoom is the next in line to receive an update to Android Jelly Bean. There's a catch, however. See, Wi-Fi-only Motorola Xoom tablets sold in the US are the only ones that are ‘Google Experience' devices. Thus, Google is responsible for the software pushed to those tablets. All the other Xooms get their wares from Motorola, which is why they usually receive updates many months after the US-based Wi-Fi-only units.
