Almost a third of British adults are more likely to vote for Labour because of Ed Miliband’s call for a 20 month freeze on gas and electricity prices

85% of the British public do not believe the energy companies claim that this could lead to blackouts.Online market research company Usurv (www.usurv.com) asked 1000 people across the UK what their reactions are to Labour Leader, Ed Miliband’s call for a 20 month freeze on electricity and gas prices.Respondents were asked whether this announcement changed their voting intentions. While almost half of voters intentions were unchanged by this news, almost a third (29%) of voters stated that they were now more inclined to vote for Labour.
