I'm not sure how this will be an improvement over the virtual keyboard on a tablet screen, but the Magic Cube Virtual Laser Computer Keyboard  from Snugg will project a full-sized keyboard on your work surface.  It can be used with tablets, smartphones, and any computer that can use a Bluetooth keyboard.
