The Samsung Galaxy S units sold by T-Mobile in the UK are now starting to receive the update to Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Finally. T-Mobile customers who've bought their Samsung Galaxy S devices direct from the operator must be very happy just about now. Sure, this update comes more than seven months after Gingerbread was announced, but at least it's finally available. In fact, some T-Mobile Galaxy S users have reported receiving the update as far back as four days ago, but today the operator has officially announced that the update is available.
