Drunk driving fatalities were on the decline in 2010, with 32 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico all reporting fewer deaths, according to new data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. But the feds are still concerned about the 10,228 people killed in alcohol-related accidents. NHTSA is launching a new ad campaign, called "Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over," to help a nationwide crackdown on drunk driving this holiday season.
