Google Unveils Missing Person Finder for Typhoon-Affected Filipinos

In an effort to aid Filipinos searching for relatives affected by Typhoon Washi (local name: Sendong), Google has provided a “person finder” utility last Monday. The database enables users to report names of relatives who remain missing. Google clarified, however, that the database does not verify or review the accuracy of the data entered by people.
