Fans of the Gears of War 3 game will be pleased to hear that Microsoft has announced details surrounding the game's upcoming DLC. It will be titled "Fenix Rising" and will be available come 17th of January 2012. It will feature new maps, new multiplayer characters along with a new leveling up system that they're calling "Re-UP". Basically what "Re-UP" entails is that when players reach level 100, they will have the opportunity to "Re-UP" for "another tour of duty".
