Apparently there are reports that the security flaw found in older versions of Adobe Flash Player is being exploited and targeted, particularly on the Internet Explorer for Windows. Basically, users are tricked into opening a malicious file via email. Albeit the potential attacks are limited to Windows, Mac users as well as those running on Linux are asked to get the update as well. If you can still remember, a few weeks ago, about 650,000 Macs have been hijacked by the Flashback malware masquerading itself as an update for Adobe's Flash player.
