When Samsung announced the Galaxy S III, it said that LTE versions of it would be released in the US, South Korea, and Japan sometime "this summer." Today, the Japan-bound S III has been officially unveiled by NTT DoCoMo as the Samsung Galaxy S III SC-06D. The SC-06D looks just like the Galaxy S III we've seen before, and even comes in the same color versions: blue, and white. There are two major hardware differences, though.

Unwired View, Samsung Galaxy S III has 2GB of RAM in Japan (SC-06D model for DoCoMo)
