Just as we previously told you it would, the Sony Xperia S has become available in Canada today. As has been rumored, the prices start at $99.99 with a new three-year contract with Rogers. If you'd rather get the device without a contract, you'll have to shell out $499.99 for the privilege. There's no link for us to share, and for you to head to, though. You'll need to pop into a Sony store to get an Xperia S, that's the only way for now.
