Apple's MacBook Pros are expected to see a refresh some time this year and will most probably feature Intel's Ivy Bridge processors. So far there has been quite a bit of rumors surrounding possible redesigns of the 13" and 15" MacBook Pros, but oddly enough there hasn't been much said regarding the 17" models. According to research analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, his recently published report has predicted that Apple could be dropping the 17" MacBook Pro from their lineup due to falling shipments and also in an effort to "maintain a lean product line strategy.".
