20 year old Kentucky coal miner was arrested this week after he allegedly siphoned gasoline from a police car and thought it would be funny to put the photo up on Facebook. In the photo, he is holding the hose in one hand and flipping off the camera which was held by his girlfriend, Joan Sandlin with the other. He was charged with theft by unlawful taking and spent the night in the county lockup and yet he still maintains that it was just a joke.
