It's a deafening dispute, almost to the point of rage. China's Proview, also one of the top five computer monitor manufacturers in the world, has been battling with Apple over the iPad trademark. According to Fu Shuangjian, a deputy director of SAIC, the provision of the China Trademark Law shows that Shenzhen Proview is currently the legal registrant of the iPad trademark and not Apple.
